Cassie Hatt, PhD, a Developmental Psychologist and Yogini based in Fort Collins, Colorado, combines her deep intuitive empathy with her passion for community service. With nearly a decade of experience in yoga, Cassie received her 200-hour power vinyasa training in 2016 and completed a 300-hour advanced ashtanga and mindfulness training in 2024. She offers trauma-informed classes that integrate somatic experiencing and various yoga styles, boasting over 2,000 hours of instruction. Originally from Kansas, she earned her master’s in psychology in Dallas before pursuing her PhD in Fort Collins, where she deepened her spiritual practices. Cassie’s teaching focuses on helping individuals connect with their most authentic selves through energetic principles, mindful movement, and guided visualizations, fostering a life of confidence, beauty, and abundance.
