Izzy Martens

Yoga Instructor

Izzy, a Colorado native with over a decade of yoga practice, teaches athletic, creative, and empowering classes influenced by Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Power yoga. Her sessions blend mindfulness, movement, and storytelling, incorporating unique postures and movements while emphasizing the broader teachings of yoga beyond just asanas. Having recently returned to Colorado from Washington, D.C., Izzy is excited to reconnect with the Fort Collins community. She holds a 200 Hour RYT Certificate from Yoga Alliance and graduated from Colorado State University in 2016. In addition to her yoga practice, Izzy works as an Instructional Designer and Facilitator with a leadership consulting organization, is certified in Executive Facilitation from Georgetown University, and co-authored the forthcoming book Holding Space: Mindful Facilitation. She is dedicated to integrating wellness and mindfulness into organizational settings and beyond.
